When you need a more productive mower for small to mid-size properties, the Vertex E-Series is the right choice. The operator stands comfortably on a suspended platform between the drive wheels, and the compact machine clears gates that would stop larger mowers in their tracks. With speeds up to 7.5 mph forward, you finish jobs faster and with less fatigue than with a walk-behind, and your customers get Exmark’s signature cut quality.

Key Features:

  • Professional Performance: The twin-cylinder Kawasaki FS600V combines durability and low noise with the power for tough mowing jobs. Electric start makes starting easy, and a dual element air filter and rotating grass chopper screen keep it running strong in the dirtiest, dustiest conditions.
  • Enhanced Maneuverability: The compact design mows areas with gates or other access limits. Hydro-Gear pumps and Parker wheel motors give quick, responsive control, up to 7.5 mph forward and 4.0 mph reverse.
  • Operator Focused Design: The operator stands low, between the drive wheels, on a suspended platform for balance, stability and control. The wide-open standing viewpoint gives maximum visibility, and dual-action controls add maneuverability. Single-point cut height adjustment sets the deck from 1.0″ to 4.5″ in 0.25″ increments.
  • Easy to Maintain: Built to maximize reliability and minimize in-season maintenance and downtime. When service is due, a tool-free removable magnetic operator pad and open architecture give easy access to the engine and hydro drive.
  • Commercial Warranty: A full 4-year or 750-hour commercial warranty, with no hour limit in the first two years.

Exmark Vertex stand-on mowers are designed to raise the bar for stand-on performance, cut quality and durability. From the compact E-Series and mid-size S-Series to the large-frame X-Series, there is a Vertex for your exact needs: superior cut quality, maximum productivity and minimum maintenance, purpose-built to make you more productive and profitable.

The Vertex S-Series stand-on zero-turn takes productivity and profitability to the next level. Mass is centralized low in the chassis, so it is ultra-maneuverable yet stable and easy to control, and the ergonomic control panel sits centrally for operator comfort. Exmark’s proven hydro drive reaches up to 8.5 mph to finish large jobs quickly. A Kawasaki V-Twin or Kohler EFI engine improves fuel efficiency so you stay in the field longer. Choose a 48″, 52″ or 60″ UltraCut Series 4 side-discharge deck with easy rake adjustment and anti-scalp rollers for Exmark’s signature finish every time. For a more compact stand-on, see the Vertex E-Series.

Key Features:

  • Design Simplicity: Key, choke, throttle and height-of-cut adjustment are all right there. Hop on and go.
  • Operator Comfort: The wide, open platform gives more room to adjust stance, and the ergonomic control panel keeps every vital control within easy reach.
  • Cut Quality: Every model has an UltraCut Series 4 side-discharge deck with flow-control baffles, anti-scalp rollers and a rod-style floating design for easy rake adjustment, for a signature cut on any turf type.
  • Reduced Maintenance: No in-season grease points, flat-free semi-pneumatic front caster tires and maintenance-free sealed bearing cutter housings keep in-season maintenance and downtime to a minimum.
  • Ease of Service: Tool-free access to the engine and hydro drive components, a simple single-belt drive and Exmark’s patented spherical idler bearings that need only annual lubrication.
  • Commercial Engine: Choose a fuel-saving Kohler EFI or a carbureted Kawasaki commercial engine, both with heavy-duty canister air filtration and pressurized lubrication for daily commercial use.
  • Single-Point Height of Cut: Set deck height accurately without tools, and change it quickly by raising and lowering the deck.
  • UltraCut Series 4 Deck: Formed and welded high-strength steel, full-floating, with maintenance-free spindles and splined blade drivers that stop bolt tightening on impact. The idler arm pivot bearings are maintenance-free too.

Designed to raise the bar for stand-on performance and productivity, the Vertex X-Series uses the same formed and welded tubular steel frame and heavy-duty 15″ casters as Exmark’s premier Lazer Z zero-turn riders. Kawasaki FX1000 engines give the power to finish jobs faster, and the UltraCut decks give a better quality of cut. One look shows why the Vertex X-Series is the next generation of stand-on mowers.

Key Features:

  • Professional Productivity: With the 72″ UltraCut Series 6 deck, the Vertex X-Series can cut more than seven acres per hour with Exmark’s signature cut. Single-point height of cut adjusts from 1.5″ to 5.0″ quickly and easily, and 14 gallons of fuel give maximum runtime between fill-ups.
  • Operator Focused Design: A bolstered operator pad and suspended platform sit low and centered between the rear wheels. With the easy dual-action controls, you stay balanced and in control.
  • Engineered for Low Maintenance: Built to run all season without maintenance, virtually eliminating in-season downtime. A magnetic operator pad removes without tools, and the open architecture gives easy access to the engine and hydro drive.
  • Wide, Stable Design: A wide stance adds stability. Large 24″ drive tires improve traction and ride quality with less turf compaction, and heavy-duty 15″ casters with semi-pneumatic tires give unmatched stability and durability.
